The Department of Forensic Medicine, Sri Lalithambigai Medical College and Hospital (SLMCH), successfully organized a CME (Continuing Medical Education) program on the occasion of National Forensic Medicine Day 2025. The event was held on 6th May 2025 at the Conference Hall, SLMCH, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

With the theme “White Coats & Legal Codes”, the event highlighted the vital role of forensic medicine in bridging the gap between medicine and law. The session saw active participation from faculty members, students, and medical professionals who engaged in insightful discussions and knowledge-sharing.

The CME aimed to enhance understanding of medico-legal responsibilities and current practices in forensic medicine. The department extends its sincere thanks to all attendees and contributors for making the event a resounding success.
