• Plan and provide nutritionally balanced therapeutic meals to indoor patients
• Check quality and Supervise food preparation and distribution
• Advice hospital diet department on weekly cyclic menu planning for inpatients
• Administrative management of kitchen staff and equipment’s
• Train kitchen staff on the importance of personnel hygiene, cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and security measures
• Train patients and caregivers for the self-efficient nutritional management
